While this is not a function of Mailman, with the addition of some scripts
you can easily add this functionality.
Mailman allows you to manipulate the lists using outside files or databases.
You will have to maintain a list of emails to "not send".

I think the problem is with your SSL libraries.
Are you using static or dynamic SSL libraries? Did you remove the dynamic
libraries after installing?
Maybe its just a matter of setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

1) Write the patch and submit it... Someone else might like it to. Also if
you really do it up right and make your patch key off an option in the
mm_cfg.py file then it might get included in the next release...

I'm still having trouble understanding this though. When I create a list
(./newlist -o /etc/aliases new_list) aliases ar created as follows:
new_list "|/home/mailman/mail/wrap
and don't forget that most mail servers' configurations
will require you to run something to get the mail server
to recognize the new aliases (ie; sendmail's "newaliases",
and postfix's newaliases or "postalias hash:/path/to/aliases-file"
or whatever's appropriate for your configuration).
