[Mailman-Users] removing a list

I am installing Postfix and Mailman on FreeBSD. I've found the rmlist file and have attempted to use it (from within the /bin directory). But, for some reason, my list keeps showing up. I've tried following the link to the list from localhost using lynx. The page returns, "No such list hinds".

In setting up Mailman with Posftix on a FreeBSD box, I have gotten to the point of creating a test list. I am following the the documentation on the mailman web page. I am not understanding the step where it says, "running newlist will generate a list of aliases that must be added to the system"
