On an English Solarix site
The English mailman GUI mangles Japanese on the GUI level but the
archived Japanese is OK. Would the Japanese version of Mailman do any
better on the English Solarix or is the menu language all that is
different?

This is a newbie question.
I just installed mailman. Messages sent to it manage to make it to the
archive but are not relayed to subscribers. All the right buttons appear
to be ticked.
Could someone help please.

For an annoucement list I would like subscribers not to be able to post.
Is there any way to restrict posting on only one email or few address?

I tried the gb and big5 interface in mailmail 2.1a.
Some of the submit buttons do not work. For example, on the listinfo page,
if a user click Subscribe after filling the email and password, nothing
happens. But if the user then switches the "View this page in" to Enlish, he
would see a p

I recently installed mailman 2.0.6 on our OpenBsd 2.9 mail machine,
running python 1.5.2. Our qrunner is taking an extraordinarily long
time to get going. 450 second smtp cycles.
The qrunner log shows 'Could not acquire qrunner lock'.
