The rmlist command has a --archives option. It's documented as --archives
and in the usage it shows --archives, but argument check checkes for
--archive (without the trailing s). This is an easy fix.

The URL that is set in Defaults.py is still
http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/mailman.html which is the old
mailman site as opposed to http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/

I am trying to remove a list's archives, but I am having a hard time
figuring out how. I trying moving the listname.mbox file to
listname.mbox.OLD, and then touching a new listnamee.mbox. I set
permissions/ownership to match the old file, then ran arch:
