Test failures filed under PR/31756, noting the cause. I've posted on PR/31622
asking whether we should consider
this a release blocker.
Uploaded clang+llvm-4.0.0-rc1-x86_64-linux-gnu-debian8.tar.xz, I must have made
some mistake when uploading
it, corrected now.
