You appear to be confused between RTSP (the control protocol, over TCP, that
controls a stream), and RTP/RTCP (the protocol that is used to deliver the
stream). Consequently, your question was rather unclear.
Please note the distinction between RTSP, and RTP/RTCP. Then please reword an
