You didn’t say so explicitly in your message, but I presume that you are using
our “LIVE555 Streaming Media” libraries to implement both your server (i.e.,

You appear to be confused between RTSP (the control protocol, over TCP, that
controls a stream), and RTP/RTCP (the protocol that is used to deliver the
stream). Consequently, your question was rather unclear.
