No. Each index record represents a chunk of video data that appears
within one Transport Stream Packet.

Hi,
In an MPEG2 Transport stream index file (.tsx), does each index record
correspond to one transport stream packet? (In other words, are the number
of index records in a .tsx file equal to the number of transport stream
packets in a corresponding .ts file?)
Thanks for any help!
