Is it possible to disbale the fact that the streamer is waiting for
RTCP-RR from the receiver, and if not received withing a period of
time the session is termianed by the streamer?
Yes, set the "reclamationTestSeconds" parameter in
"RTSPServer::createNew()" to 0.
