Thanks to everyone for their help and pointers.
I've updated my client on the options from what you've said and recommend
that we restart from Ralf's filter (hey! Comments as well!).
Ralf, I'll see if the client will allow me to post any updates (e.g. video)
back up to
of this.
Allied to that, I can more or less see how the RTSP control stream works,
but I can't figure out what it is that starts the communication to receive
any RTP or other payload.
Any assistance would be VERY gratefully received.
