I found my error!
If you use TCP you have first send coomand and delete session iterator
and than
create new session iterator and invoke startPlaying!

I can't change the code incremental. I have to use a new/ohther sink.
And it works fine if I invoke this code without "-t" option!

Some additional information:
I invoke open rtsp with "-i" and "-t" options and uncomment the code
where you create and use AviFileSink.
