The format is .mp4. I've tested VLC on PC to receive streams. There is
h263+ support in live555, mpeg4 examples need elementary streams, and for
h264 live555 says there is no support for short headers

Android can record videos from camera encoded H263, H264, MPEG 4 SP;
resulting files have H.263, H.264 / AVC, MPEG-4 Video codecs. Can this
files be streamed using live555 in any way?
