i would like to know the streamname from the rtspURL requested by client .
i have examined the requesthandler function , which contains the URL but
unable to find the buffer or pointer that has streamname .

My requirement is:
4 streams are available , out of 4 streams 2 should pass over an
IP and the remaining streams should pass over another IP.
