Hi guys,
You might want to try vcpkg or at least see how they build Live555 for
Windows x64. I know they have it building on VS 2019, it might still work
for VS 2017.

Hi guys,
Not sure if it will help but I previously found using the VLC's console
(from menu View->Add interface->Console) very helpful for debugging this
sort of issue. There is also an option for verbose logging, I think it was
'vlc.exe --verbose=2'.

AudioRTPSink is supposed to stay open to finish sending the rest of
the data but this does not seem to be the case.
