In this function sending teardown instead of pause seems doesnt sufficient
for me, i need to close that complete session without disturbing other
proxysession, i tried by calling destructor explicitly but didnt work as
expected. Any suggestion how to do that
ind out what am i missing, or better way to

for an example, if two user are streaming over local network , and third
will request from WAN then same stream should go via REGISTER request to
proxy and local should continuing on that.
