I have renamed the file to .h264 and it played back just fine with VLC player.
I then went on to check the presentation times using testRTSPclient and indeed
there was something wrong with them.
After fixing the code of my custom video source used with wis-streamer, the
stream works fine!

Obviously I remove the NAL unit headers (00 00 00 01) before passing them on to
H264VideoStreamDiscreteFramer (as required)

1.I am using openRTSP -s 4 -t -V -c rtsp://stream.msn.co.il/glz-stream
2.After ~500Kb the program stops recording frames
3. I am sniffing with the Wireshark and notice that RTP protocol packets are
not arriving anymore
