I am recording a video for 5 minutes using openRTSP but i am getting a
video of length 15 minutes.

I'm trying to record a rtsp stream with the following command:
openRTSP -B 1000 -b 1000 -4 -F $date -P $interval -f 10 rtsp://XXX
The stream has a constant fps of 10. No matter what i chose for $interval, the
