The “DynamicRTSPServer” class was intended to be used only for streaming from files - not arbitrary streams - and was intended for the “LIVE555 Media Server” product only. If you want to (try to) support 'HTTP Live Streaming’ in your own server, then you should use the “RTSPServerSupportingHTTP
