Unfortunately I wasn't able to download your "1080p.mkv" file. When I tried, I
got an error message
"The file is too large to download directly. Recommend you to use tools
to download it."
Could you please try putting your file on another web site (for downloading)?

I download the newest live555MediaServer.exe to playback *.mkv(1920x1080
264, aac) file, with using vlc as rtsp client, and I found the video have some

There is no issue with the RFC 2435 Appendix A neither with the live555
procedure to scale a quantization table with a Q factor. Both are
correct.. If you read the header of Appendix A it clearly states the

Ok, I compare GStreamer pipeline output from GStreamer and live555 RTP
stream, both contained framerate in this format.
