The only party that can 'help' is Foscam. They need to fix their camera.
Thank you for prodding them about this on their forum (I presume that
"machrider" is you). But if they continue to drag their feet on this, I
suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I recently picked up a Foscam FI9821W V2 and upgraded it to the current
v1.11.1.18 firmware, and I'm still having difficulty streaming from it with
