1/ Don't transmit to different multicast IP addresses using the same
port number from the same host, or
2/ Make your multicast streams

There's currently no way to do this in our code that's both reliable and
portable.
The easiest way to ensure that one particular interface is chosen is to make
that interface the one for which multicast routing is enabled - i.e., the
interface that has a route for 224.0.0.0/4
