I don't understand why you think that the LIVE555 code is "not running". All
you are showing us is the diagnostic output from our RTCP implementation, which
shows that it is both sending and receiving RTCP packets OK. (Note that the
"UNSUPPORTED TYPE" message is *not* an error.)

If your only source of MPEG TS data is from files, then you don't need to use
"ffmpeg" at all. Instead, you can stream your "file.ts

Hi,
I am sending MPEG TS data over RTP by ffmpeg, like "ffmpeg -i file.ts -c copy
-f mpegts rtp://localhost:1234". I want live555 can get these RTP data. I
modified the testOnDemandRTSPServer.cpp to use unicast address for the
mpeg2TransportStreamFromUDPSourceTest item. I then run testOnDemand
Actually. As I re-read your question I see you asked about not writing, I do
not have an answer for that as that is what my software does. Also, It is a 32
bit build so the process is only given the maximum 2G of address space, it just
means other processes on that box are not impacting it's mem
Oh, Sorry, Less than 25% CPU with the 400 streams. Leading me to believe I can
handle a lot more on a rack server with multiple interfaces and a better
upstream.
Indeed we now have over 500 cameras on a co-located dl380.
I would like to know what is the best way in such a situation to know when
Included the attachment I was mentioning below... It shows the last minute
or so of the output from the modified testRTSPClient.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to test it.
I'm not really sure how to proceed, but I guess I can try to locate a Linux
client to compile and ru
I have done this before as I have mentioned in my previous mail in same thread.
May be that was quite long ago. Let tryout with latest Live555.

Yogesh.
