Hi Sambhav. I had the same problem with some Samsung devices, since the server on some camera and DVR don't handle RTCP messages; instead Samsung decided to manage liveness with GetParameter RTSP command. Anyway Samsung states clearly this (non standard) behaviour in developer's manual.
