I think u should go with "MPEG Relay" application. It recieves a multicast
stream from a IP:Port and retransmit it on some another IP:Port.

When I try to run the live555MediaServer.exe on win2003 r2 sp2, I found the
RTSP client to play the video very bad, I think may the packet is lost.
After I investigate the problem, I found maybe the *Asynchronous Transfer
