Yes, you're right - this is a bug. I'll try to fix it soon.

yes.
you can use the OnDemandSubsession, with settting reuseSouce=1
In addition there is a support in multi-unicast.
This will generate rtp stream toward each client from the same source
(duplicate the packet)
