then only a session)?
Once again, no (unless you use RTP/RTCP-over-TCP).
For streaming audio+video over RTP/UDP, you will need 4 ports: 2 for
RTP; 2 for RTCP.

Can u suggest methods to decrease the bitrate during the trick play.
