Thanks for your reply. I took your advice and worked on getting data written
to a file. I pretty much just added a FileSink object in and dropped my
Encoder2250 object into it. It worked perfectly. Now that this works, do you

While using Live555 as server and VLC player as client after the file starts
playing, the first RTCP packet makes the current time of the player to zero.
And then again the timer starts from zero. Thus, the real current time is 2
or 3 seconds more than the returned current time by the VLC play
