Yes it can, and it is set to "sendversion":0 but it is only the msg
about version.

If a user try join the hub without a login or bad password the hub soft send:
IINF DETEST VEADCH++\sv2.7.0\s(r488)\sRelease HI1 CT32
So the hub send private info about the hub, like hub soft version and
hub description to not reg users.
