Besides the files who seems missing like settings.txt you are using a
wrong link to your hub, if you don't put a prefix like adc:// or
adcs:

No MOTD or response to any typed commands when I connect to ADCH++ server. All

I've just downloaded DC++ and started to use. I need docs or a step by
step guide how to make it work correctly. Where can I find them?

Public bug reported:
On upgrading from Vers 0,672 to 0,770, UPnP no longer functions
correctly. Was working perfectly under prev version. But after the
upgrade will no longer work, generating the "failed to create port
mappings" message. Needing uninstalling and going back to prev version.
