Stefan Agner reported a bug when using zsram on 32-bit Arm machines
with RAM above the 4GB address boundary:

This patch series is a back port necessary to address the problem
reported by Stefan Agner:

With boot-time switching between paging mode we will have variable
MAX_PHYSMEM_BITS.
Let's use the maximum variable possible for CONFIG_X86_5LEVEL=y
configuration to define zsmalloc data structures.
