Unfortunately most of the time there are problems with loading firmware
(udev 182).
Firmware file is there:

The querycap ioctl returned an incorrect version number and incorrect
capabilities (mixing up vbi and video caps).
The reason for that was that video nodes could do vbi activities: that
should be separated between the vbi and video nodes.

av7110. These drivers now all pass the v4l2-compliance tests.
I've tested with all of these cards, the only driver I was unable to test is the
budget driver as I don't have hardware for it.
