Multiple AArch64 stage2 buildbots failing due to: Unknown value for CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE: {stage2_config}

Hi, it looks like there's an issue with some of the stage2 buildbot configurations. At least the following AArch64 stage-2 bots are failing during cmake for stage2: https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/41/builds/24 https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/84/builds/62 Both failing with CMak
