OK, these workers are indeed back online, but are incredibly *slow*. Checking the dashboard suggests that they are actually offline (because there are no updates). In the past it was due to `docker --cpu-shares=` setting at [1]. Could somebody take a look? Thank you! -Andrzej [1] https://git.li
