The default of this setting could be true when the date range has the same
start and end date and it is identical to the current date. Just an idea to
keep it simple for the user.

I assume you mean 5.1.3. Hopefully this is not platform dependent.
So far, you are the only one to report this problem, and we can't reasonably
fix a problem we don't see.
