Just a quick suggestion, which may or may not help. Have you looked
at the Handbook with the master version? I simply don't recall whether
I added any significant information to that section or not.
The other thing to try is to use Woob from command line. That will at
the banks website. In one case, CSV is my only choice.
I decided to try woob. The plugin is installed and checked in my KMM
configuration. I followed the instructions I could find and wood appears
to be installed on my system (Fedora 42). When I try to map an account
with woob I get the following err

Revisiting this, you should start by determining which methods your bank
supports (or perhaps which methods are known to work with your bank.)

Unfortunately, it appears the 5.1.3 released version for Windows does not
include woob support. I don't know if that is a consequence of it having been
built with mingw or if that option was just not set by whoeve

aqbanking works just fine, as far as I know, but I don't use it as I'm in the
US, and ofx is the best the banks here offer. I would have to hunt for it, but

ok, the platform is Windows 11, kmymoney Version 5.1.3.
woob is installed on my system ( on windows thats possible via pip.exe as
described on the woob website ).
Still kMyMoney does not show any option or interface or
for help, please include your Operating System and/or
Distribution. (platform in the bugheader) I have no idea if Woob is available
on Windows or MacOS. Also, the website component is used for bugs in the
KMyMoney website. I've adjusted to importer.

I have a similar error on my comput
I'm trying to update more chapters for the handbook, and when checking
the Woob section, noticed that I do not have a File/Import/Woob entry,
but the Configure KMyMoney dialog, Plugins tab does show the Woob
plugin as available. Running from command line shows:
