I got caught up with something last weekend so I'm going to tag 4.8.0
tomorrow and create the tarball. Any fixes can come after this on the
4.8 branch.

I attached a patch for the website that contains the draft release
notes for libalkimia 5.0.0. I also created a 5.0 branch to continue
KDE4 version bugfixes and merged frameworks into master. So from now
on libalkimia's master is based on frameworks.

sound good to me. Only two remarks: I would not mention "Removed latest traces
of kd3support" as this as no notable benefit for the user and may confuse some
of them. Also you can mention an improvement in start-up time if connected to
a database.
