Okay done some more digging...
(My build directory is parallel rather than a subdirectory of the source)
If I do:
% rm -rf build
% mkdir build
% cd build
% cmake ../alkimia/ -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo
-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/
% make
% make install
The final output now reads:
