Further to this it seems to by tied up with the date of importing.
E.g. It happened when importing ofx direct via Firefox, however if I changed

Are you talking about the "matching" function in Payees. And one of the things
I like which has appeared in 5 is the partial match function.

Yes A setting to either review or just enter without review may work. I find I
have to make some sort of change to almost all the imported transaction anyway.
