Just upgraded to Build 4275. Prices still hidden. I did not have prices in
original report. Now they are showing in report
Yet it is unchecked and it is greyed out., so it shouldn't show in report

Actually, it does not work even if I process the CSV to format numbers using
commas as decimal symbol, regardless if the CSV importer settings is set to
comma, dot or auto. Everything gets multiplied by 100 aft
