It says (edit) to the right of the subject at the top of the bug, but it may be
restricted. You cannot edit previous comments in bugs. What would you change

In this case, is credit account the same as credit card account? If so, I
don't know what changed, or when, but in 5.1.3 it seems possible to change the
opening date of a credit card account. It will certainly be difficult
