Thanks, again. To begin with, I used the procedure that Jack suggested. Most
of the entries in the output.csv file are dated at the time I started using
KMM. Of the others, in general, the entries for cash accounts listed

Additionally, once the file is opened, it is impossible to abort the import
from the "Import Options" dialog — the import process continues despite
clicking "Cancel".
