Thanks Thomas. As usual you pointed me in the right direction.
After the upgrade to Fedora 33, I made a change to get another program
working, I just had to undo that change.
libc.so was replaced by a link to libc-2.32.so. Luckily I saved the
original libc.so file so it was easy to undo.
