Now that the gitlab migration has been completed, what is the suggested

In my test file, I made all the dates different. The first 3 were the same date
and the last 2 were today. Once I mde them all different, only the first
transaction ignored the cleared status.

Also note in both examples it is a transfer between accounts, so could it be

I can confirm the issue exists when reproduced from your test file. Frankly,
when I once again tried to reproduce the issue on my private accounts, I could
not - it worked just fine.
