Does this still occur with 5.x? We just had another but filed (bug 047800)
about a moved date for a scheduled transaction. It's not exactly the same
problem, but possibly related.
Also - "non-processing day" is not necess

I believe 21 June is Solstice Day in Canada (and elsewhere.) However, I agree
there is something funny going on with KDE holiday calendars. I added Canada
