Import credit cards with CSV importer

I don't now seem to be able to import credit card details. The account selector offers only checking accounts. I'm on a fairly recent master - 2e16908134e1246e85d15afdedd3baf397692b06. I've been able to do this every month previously. It works correctly on f0c8b6fdb2b018b3b0f043f293672fe049
