As far as I know KMyMoney does not need to do anything that would
require administrator privileges. I can only see this happening if one
keeps the default installation path (the "Program Files" directory).
If the installer would be pointed to a user owned directory I guess no
privileges would be ne
Thanks Jack - I'll try that later today.
On both machines I started installation as a user but entered the
logon/password for admin privileges when asked. Usually this works just the
same as installing from the chosen admin account. But see next para...
