Item A above was the result of a bug in my overloading of
CSVDialog::resizeEvent(QResizeEvent * event). As the routine was causing more
harm than good, it has been removed.

I think too that modifying the existing wizard is the best way to do it.
Ages ago, I did some work on the wizards, while porting them to KDE4.
