Do we have actually somebody assigned to this report? I've been playing with
the module parameters but nothing seem to be helping.
I added the debug parameter today, because none of the i915.enable_hangcheck=1
i915.error_capture=1 i915.verbose_state_checks=1 were helpful.

Hello there,
I'd like to just note, that I had the same problem with 18.04 LTS HWE
(5.0.0-23-generic) and an i5-8350U, but mine was clocking around 3.6GHz on each
core.
Upgrade to 5.0.0-31-generic has resolved this issue with intel_pstate driver,
but using the kernel parameter intel_pstate=disa
Hi Timo,
I wanted to try the AMD64 version at:
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/drm-tip/2019-11-14/.
But only unsigned kernels are shipped and I couldn't switch from UEFI or boot
unsigned kernels, because it's a corporate machine.
Do you have any ideas?
Regards

Hello guys!
I just got an update for you. So at the very first time I enabled the
experimental GPU accelerations in the Chromium. That time was really
problematic, a local email provider's website caused a lot of lockups.
Since we disabled the experimental flags in Chromium, the errors has
