I tested it with v4.0-rc6-vivid and problem persist (I started
Virtualbox, then start same machine and whole system froze).
So, I'm going to update tag.

After applying patch "diff_smap_4" metioned here
https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/13961, problem is solved and
VirtualBox doesn't freeze the system.
