I am also experiencing this issue.
Distribution: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Kernel: 5.4.0-26-generic
Hardware: NUC10i7FNH - 2TB SSD - 64GB RAM

Unfortunately I cant just install another card in an NUC. What
performance hit does turning hardware offloading off have? How is it
done and how is it reverted?
Wish they would just fix the problem.
